For example, it may negatively regulate MYOGENESIS by inhibiting MyoD1 and ASH1 proteins. It is also required for the stability of FANCONI ANEMIA COMPLEMENTATION GROUP PROTEINS and their localization to the cell nucleus in response to DNA DAMAGE.
